At our production unit, we take utmost care about the quality of each product during the manufacturing process and a team is assigned to do Quality Check before dispatching the order. Hence we do not cater services to take return or refund the amount.
In case, if you have received a defective or broken product during transportation, you are requested to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours with pictures, opening video and description. We will either replace the product or refund the full amount depending on the availability of the product.
Request received after 48 hours will not be considered valid.
